What Happens After You Book with EDEVA: From Request to Finished Job

A step-by-step look at what happens after you submit a booking: confirmation, site visit and measurements, quotation, fabrication, installation, and your review.

Booking online takes a few minutes. Here is what happens next.

1. We receive your request

Your booking arrives with a reference number such as EDV-260924-AB12. Our team is notified immediately and you receive a confirmation email.

2. We confirm and visit the site

We call you to agree a date, then visit to measure every window, wall and ceiling involved. Measuring on site matters — openings are rarely perfectly square.

3. You receive a quotation

The quotation is recorded on your booking so you can see it in your account.

4. Fabrication and installation

Aluminium and steel items are made at our own workshop, then installed by our technicians under our site manager. Your booking moves to "in progress" and you can follow updates online.

5. Completion and review

When the job is done we mark it completed. You can then rate the work and add photos — your review helps other customers choose with confidence.
